Why an Owl on a Skateboard with a Laptop? First and foremost, our company mascot Oscar the Owl symbolises a sense of humour. However, he is not entirely frivolous. The Owl has been a symbol of wisdom since the ancient Greek civilisation, and they knew a thing or two about engineering and getting around. The skateboard reflects our get up and go anywhere philosophy - for thermal efficiency, it ought to be a bicycle, but the skateboard is more fun and easier to stuff into overhead lockers. Finally, the laptop symbolises a background in engineering science, data gathering, technical computation and software development... with a modem and mobile phone for keeping in touch.
